We use the finest cuts of veal from Wisconsin Strauss Veal. Veal dishes served with Italian bread, mixed green salad and choice of red potatoes seasoned with rosemary, or pasta marinara (no pasta substitutions).

Lightly breaded Strauss veal, baked in marinara sauce, and topped with mozzarella cheese.

Thinly sliced Strauss veal, sauteed with white wine, sherry, Italian seasonings, garlic and fresh mushrooms.

Lightly floured Strauss veal, sauteed with marsala wine, Italian seasonings and fresh mushrooms.

Lightly floured Strauss veal, sauteed with onions, white wine finished off with fresh lemon juice.
